Other Teaching Staff

Mrs Devereaux

I have been working at Chatsworth since 1991. For the last five years I have concentrated on the teaching of reading, especially Reading Recovery. I am reading Co-ordinator. In my spare time I like to make sculptures and I exhibited at the Royal Academy of Turin, Italy.

Mrs Kamila Babiarz

Hello, my name is Mrs Kamila and I work with children for whom English is an additional language. I started working at Chatsworth in 2007 and was mainly supporting children in Early Years and KS1. Since our school amalgamated I have been working with EAL children across the whole school. I enjoy working with children and helping them develop their language skills. They all are very enthusiastic and eager to learn. In my spare time I listen to music, read books and learn more about gardening.

Mrs Langley

I have taught at Chatsworth for 18 years when my daughter was here in Year 2. During that time I have taught in all of the year groups from Nursery to Year 6! I really enjoy seeing the children change and grow up as they move through the year groups and talking to their parents too! In my spare time I like to go for walks especially in Kew Gardens or with my family in Wales.

Mrs Laye-Sion

Hello, I am Mrs Laye-Sion and have taught at Chatsworth since 2002. For the last five years I have been responsible for co-ordinating special needs across the school, working closely with pupils, staff and parents. In my spare time I like to keep fit and I have recently joined a book club.

Mr Farnell-Warren

Hello, I teach music across the school including recorder, brass, keyboards and singing. I play the trumpet and guitar and am improving my piano playing! I think music is an incredibly important part of all our lives and getting children singing and playing instruments makes them and me really happy. When I'm not in school you can find me in my studio composing music.
