The Senior Leadership Team

Head Teacher

Our Head Teacher at Chatsworth Primary School is Miss Helen Willis.

I am very excited to be the Headteacher of Chatsworth Primary School.  I have worked in education for over 23 years and was previously the Headteacher at another Hounslow primary school for 10 years.  I am very fortunate to be able to bring Ozzie, the school dog, with me to work every day.  Ozzie and I love to go on long walks when we are not in school, although he enjoys muddy puddles more than I do!

Senior Deputy Head Teacher

Charmaine Golley is our Senior Deputy Head Teacher.

It is a pleasure to start my new journey as Senior Deputy Headteacher, here at Chatsworth Primary School. I have been in teaching for 17 years and have been fortunate enough to work in different schools, that have helped shape who I am today. Within my teaching career, I have enjoyed having a positive impact on the lives of the children and staff I get to work with.

I have previously been an international athlete, having had the honour of competing for Great Britain in athletics. Outside of school, I very much enjoy training regularly at the gym, spending time with family and friends, reading a good book and looking after my two cats - Oreo and Leo!

Deputy Head Teacher

Paula Jones is our Deputy Head Teacher.

I have been a teacher in Hounslow for over 20 years and love working with this vibrant community.

I have been Deputy Head here at Chatsworth since 2003 and have watched our school grow from a small Infant & Nursery school in to the large thriving Primary School we have today.  I am delighted that we have successfully maintained our family and community ethos throughout.

When I am not teaching, I am a big rugby fan.  I have a season ticket at Harlequins and often go to watch England play at Twickenham.

I have a pond full of fish and other wildlife, including a grass snake at one point, and a cat called Leo who is always getting into trouble!

Assistant Head Teachers

We have three Assistant Head Teachers: Miss Sharratt, Miss Welsh and Mr Lovelock

Miss Sharratt

I have been teaching at Chatsworth since the start of my teaching career in 2006 and have enjoyed watching our school grow and develop over this time. I love coming to work each day and working with such a diverse, vibrant community - no two days are the same!

Outside of school, I love cooking, being creative and spending time with my family.

Mr Lovelock

I have been teaching here at Chatsworth for 8 years.  Before this, I taught in Ealing but was so happy to be able to now work in my home borough.  It has been a joy to become a member of the Chatsworth community and I couldn't feel more at home.  I am very grateful to be able to teach in such a rich and vibrant school full of bright and funny young minds.

Outside of school, I am never happier than riding my bike, playing my guitar (Aria), reading a Terry Pratchett book or having fun with my two girls.
