Dear Chatsworth Parents and Carers,

 

We would like to take this time to thank those parents who have relentlessly been leading events over the past couple of years – we are so very grateful for your time and enthusiasm in keeping much needed funds coming in to school.

 

In the next academic year, we will be launching our new PTA and would like to invite you along to two meetings, our Welcome to Chatsworth Primary School – What is a PTA meeting and the first AGM meeting.

 

These meetings will be held in school on:

Monday 18^th September 2023 – What is a PTA?

Monday 2nd October 2023 – AGM to elect committee

 

We would like to invite nominations for anyone who would like to be involved on the committee. For the PTA to function successfully the committee must consist of:

a) Chairperson (Ideally two people to co-chair together):

Responsible for running the PTA and ensuring the members follow the PTA aims

b) Secretary:

Responsible for recording the PTA activities including accurate minutes of all

meetings which will be available for all on the PTA website

c) Treasurer:

Responsible for keeping the accounts and recording all PTA financial transactions

and fund raising
