Wellbeing & Mental Health
We hope that you are all managing to stay safe and well. It can feel a little overwhelming at times with all of the news, changes to routine & structure and just not knowing. We hope that like us at school, you've been taking part in the Joe Wicks Workout in the mornings and if not, are at least managing to get out for a walk or run. Making sure that we care about our wellbeing & mental health is just as imortant as looking after our physical health. We have put together some resources for you that might make it a little easier to get through the times ahead. We will update these resources from time to time with more things for you all to do as a family or things to keep the children entertained!
Have a look at the April Action for Happiness calendar below - it has some lovely ideas!

SCHOOL CLOSURE - UPDATE
Chatsworth Primary School will be closed to the majority of pupils from the end of the day on Friday 20th March. If you are a key worker, your child will be able to come to school. Please complete the form on the letter sent home with your child today (19th March) and return it to school or telephone us as soon as possible so that we can make sure we are prepared for Monday 23rd March. We will do everything we can to stay open for key worker children and vulnerable children over the next fortnight AND during the Easter holiday. All the staff join me in wishing you well over the next month or so. Don’t forget – we will be here to help you if you need support in any way – call in to the office or telephone us and we will help you in any way we can.
Plans are in place to provide the children with work to do over the next fortnight while school is closed. Again, this will all be on the website from Monday 23rd March.
Stay safe and thank-you for your messages of support, they have been greatly appreciated.
