Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) - French
MFL curriculum intent:
Learning a modern foreign language at Chatsworth will foster children’s curiosity, promote diversity and tolerance and deepen their understanding of other cultures. It will enable children to express themselves in another language, which develops their respect and understanding of the world, through providing practical purposes to communicate with others. Children will develop their language and communication through development of the four key skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing.
